About Shuvonda

Shuvonda Harper, Program Manager

Shuvonda Harper, known to her loved ones as "Mommy" and "Auntie," originally from Asheville, North Carolina, moved to West Palm Beach, Florida over 25 years ago. However, her heart eventually led her back to Asheville, bringing her son Bentley and daughter Trinity with her.

Shuvonda is a passionate advocate for the voiceless, and her primary focus is community engagement. Currently, she serves as the Community Engagement Coordinator and Office Manager at CPC, where she fosters connections within her community.

Shuvonda's commitment to advocacy is deeply ingrained, having previously served as a Residents Council member for the Asheville Housing Authority for over 8 years. She is dedicated to empowering communities through civic participation, as evidenced by her active involvement in Get Out The Vote initiatives. Shuvonda has organized voter registration drives, firmly believing in the transformative power of every individual's vote.
